  Assuming my notebooks are reasonably complete, a rash assumption given my usual level of sobriety whilst on tour, this should eventually be a complete list of all tours, real and imagined. As ever, tour numbers are allocated in the sequence that plans are made rather than the date sequence in which the tours happen. It's messy I know, but it saves me from re-numbering the pages every time a new tour gets added. I like it, I've got the book and I'm doing the website, so I'm sticking with tradition. The alternative view is that I'm making a virtue out of a necessity. The alternative to the alternative view is that I'm just bloody minded and too damn lazy to change things...
